House owners, who have made a rent pay order in the urban areas of the district, will now have to give full details of their tenants to the district police.For this, the district police is going to launch a new website in the new year. In the website being launched for curbing criminal activities, House owners will have to give complete details of their entire tenants. There will also be an offline facility for this. Under this, House owners will have to register offline in the permanent station.In this regard, SP Chandan Kumar Sinha said that in order to curb criminal activity in the district, details of tenants must be filled in the web portal before giving the rent in Seraikela, Adityapur, Ghamaria and Kapali in the House Rentals.

After click on above link, A new page will open where click on the House Owner Registration, where the landlord can fill up the registration information and after submit will get a Unique Registration Number for the homeowner that can keep for his future reference. After the registration, you can stay here on the next page and fill the detail of all tenants – one by one.
Such landlords, who do not register all the tenants living here, on the said portal, in such circumstances, if the tenant staying here is involved in any kind of criminal activity, then the responsible landlords will be themselves. In such a case, the police will also take on the House owner.
Note : Such landlords who are not able to do Online Registration, they can download Registration Form , available on the website and fill in the detailed information and submit it for registration at the nearest police station.
